Be Thankful





Dear Child:


Know that I LORD, I Am God; It is I who has made you, and not you yourselves; you are My people and the sheep of My pasture. Enter into My gates with thanksgiving, and into My courts with praise. Be thankful to Me, and bless My name. For the I, LORD am good; My mercy is everlasting, And My truth endures to all generations. (Psalm 100:3-5)

For since the creation of the world My invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even My eternal power and Godhead, so that people are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Me as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things. Therefore I also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. (1:20-25) yet for you there is one God, I, the Father, of whom are all things, and you for Me; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom you live.

Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to Me; and My peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:5-7) Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving. (Colossians 4:2)

If you, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will I, your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Me! (Matthew 7:11) Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from Me, your Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. (James 1:17) I Am The LORD, the LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abounding in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the children’s children to the third and the fourth generation. (Exodus 34:6-7)

Oh, that men would give thanks to the LORD for My goodness, and for My wonderful works to the children of men! For I satisfy the longing soul, and fills the hungry soul with goodness. Those who sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, Bound in affliction and irons—Because they rebelled against the words of God, and despised the counsel of the Most High, Therefore He brought down their heart with labor; They fell down, and there was none to help. Then they cried out to the Me, the LORD in their trouble, And I saved them out of their distresses. I brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, And broke their chains in pieces. Oh, that men would give thanks to Me, the LORD for My goodness, and for My wonderful works to the children of men!

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the LORD, and I will bring you back from your captivity.

For this reason also thank Me without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, My word, which also effectively works in you who believe. (1 Thessalonians 2:13) Give thanks to the LORD, for I am good! For My mercy endures forever. (Psalm 107:1)
Offer to Me thanksgiving, And pay your vows to the Most High. (Psalm 50:14) Come before My presence with thanksgiving; Shout joyfully to Me with psalms. (Psalm 95:2)

But above all put on love, which is the bond of perfection. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord (Colossians 3:14-16)

 “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom,
      Thanksgiving and honor and power and might,
      Be to your God forever and ever.
      Amen.” (Revelation 7:12)

You Are Not Alone


Dear Child:

You are Not Alone. Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith? (Mark 4:40)

Be strong and of good courage, do not be afraid, nor dismayed, for I your God am with you. (Joshua 1:9) Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither be afraid. (John 14:27) In Peace will you lie down and sleep, for I alone make you dwell in safety. (Psalm 4:8) Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified, for I, the LORD your God goes with you: I will never leave you nor forsake you. (Deuteronomy 31:16)

Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you. See, I have engraved you on the palms of My hands; your walls are ever before Me. (Isaiah 49:15) Though your father and mother forsake you; I will receive you. (Psalm 27:10)

Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go. (Genesis 8:4) My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest. (Exodus 33:14) For I love the just and will not forsake My faithful ones. (Psalm 37:28) I am with you always; even to the end of the age. (Matthew 28:20)

Behold, I make all things new. (Revelation 21:5) Forget the former things; do not dwell in the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? (Isaiah 43:18-19) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away: behold, all things have come new. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

Jesus prayed and I have given you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever - the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. Jesus did not leave you as orphans; He has come to you. (John 14:16-19)

In Jesus also you have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to My purpose and of Me who works all things according to the counsel of My will, that you who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory. In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of your inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:11-14)
 
I have established you in Christ and anointed you. I have also sealed you and given you the Spirit in your heart as a guarantee (2 Corinthians 1:21), so examine yourself as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourself. Do you not know yourself, that Jesus Christ is "in" you? - unless indeed you are disqualified.

I will be a Father to you and you will be My sons and daughters. (2 Corinthians 6:18) Because you are My sons, I have sent the Spirit of My Son into your heart. The Spirit calls out, "Abba, Father." So you are no longer a slave, but My child; and since you are My child, I have made you also an heir. (Galatians 4:6) I will lead the blind by ways they  have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide you; I will turn the darkness into light before you and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake you. (Isaiah 42:16) I alone am your portion and your cup; I make your lot secure. (Psalm 16:5)

Who shall separate you from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written:
  "For your sake we are killed all day long; We are counted as sheep for the slaughter."

Yet in all these things, you are more than conquerors through Him who loved you. For neither life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate you from My love which is in Christ Jesus! (Romans 8:35-39

My Child: I have said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." So say in confidence, "The Lord is My Helper; I will not be afraid!" (Hebrews 13:5-6)

Slow Down And Rest


Dear Child:

Slow down and stop rushing through life. Too much time spent chasing down many things cause you to miss the really important things in life. I commanded a day of rest to worship and and reflection on Me and My purposes. There remains a Sabbath rest for My people, for if anyone who enters My rest also rest from their works, just as I did from Mine. Therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following the example of disobedience. (Hebrews 11:9-11) For in six days I made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but I rested on the seventh day. Therefore I blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy. (Exodus 20:11) I loved the world so much that I gave My only begotten Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16) Therefore, Jesus said "Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul. (Matthew 11:28-29)

So many refuse My provision and rest. Adam was the first to refuse and I banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. (Genesis 4:23) Likewise, after Cain murdered Abel, I made him a restless wanderer on the earth. (Genesis 4:12) Where there is no revelation, people cast of restraint, but blessed in the one who heeds wisdom's instructions. (Proverbs 29:18) Heed My instruction and slow down and pursue worthwhile things; meaningful goals; chase righteousness and seek after Me and My will.

In all the travels of the Israelites, whenever the cloud lifted from above the tabernacle, they would set out; but if the cloud did not lift, they did not set out - until the day it lifted. (Exodus 40:36-37) I was teaching them to slow down and wait on Me, but this is what I said about these people; "They greatly love to wander; they do not restrain their feet, so I did not accept them; I will now remember their wickedness and punish them for their sins. (Jeremiah 14:10) My anger burned against Israel and I made them wander in the wilderness forty years until the whole generation of those who had done evil in My site was gone. (Numbers 32:12) I was merciful, I forgave their iniquities and did not destroy them. Time after time I restrained My anger and did not stir up My full wrath. (Psalm 78:38)

Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. (Romans 8:5) The time has come when people do not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. (2 Timothy 4:2) My people have been lost sheep; their shepherds have led them astray and caused them to roam on the mountains. They wandered over mountain and hill and forgot their own resting place. (Jeremiah 50:6) What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don’t they come from your desires that battle within you? You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask Me. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. (James 4:1-3)
Trust in Me and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy peace and prosperity. (Psalm 37:3) In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength. (Isaiah 30:15) I have not left you without a testimony: I have shown you kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons;I provide you with plenty of food and fill your heart with joy. (Acts 14:17) May I, the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Me, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 15:13) The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; Christ came that you may have life, and have it to the full. (John 10:10) When anxiety is great within you, My consolation will bring you joy. (Psalm 94:19) My presence will go with you and I will give you rest. (Exodus 33:14)

Press on toward the goal to win the prize for which I have called you heavenward in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3:14) So whether you are here in your body or away from the body, make it your goal to please Me. (2 Corinthians 5:9) The fear of Me leads to life, then one rest content, untouched by trouble. (Proverbs 19:23) Slow down and pursue not the fruit of disobedience like Adam, but the fruit of the Spirit. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, an even temper, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. Against such things there is no law.

So then, since Christ suffered physical pain, you must arm yourselves with the same attitude He had, and be ready to suffer, too. For if you have suffered physically for Christ, you have finished with sin. You won’t spend the rest of your lives chasing your own desires, but you will be anxious to do My will. You have had enough in the past of the evil things that godless people enjoy—their immorality and lust, their feasting and drunkenness and wild parties, and their terrible worship of idols.

 Of course, your former friends are surprised when you no longer plunge into the flood of wild and destructive things they do. So they slander you. But remember that they will have to face Me, who will judge everyone, both the living and the dead. That is why the Good News was preached to those who are now dead—so although they were destined to die like all people, they now live forever with God in the Spirit.
 
The end of the world is coming soon. Therefore, be earnest and disciplined in your prayers. Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love covers a multitude of sins. Cheerfully share your home with those who need a meal or a place to stay.
 
I have given each of you a gift from My great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though I Myself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that I supply. Then everything you do will bring glory to Me through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to Him forever and ever! Amen.

Pray To Me


Dear Child:

Pray to Me. Come to Me. Cry out to Me. I am listening.

I will let your prayer come before Me and incline My ear to your cry. (Psalm 88:2) You will call upon Me and you will go and pray to Me and I will hearken to you. (Jeremiah 29:12) Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is My will in Christ Jesus for you. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18) Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to Me; and My peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind through Jesus Christ. (Philippians 4:6) But the end of things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. And above all things have fervent love for one another, for 'love will cover a multitude of sins', (1 Peter 4:7-8) so continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving. (Colossians 4:2)

When I shut up the heaven and there is no rain, or command the locust to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people; if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place. (2 Chronicles 7:13-15) I will hear your supplication; I will receive your prayer. (Psalm 6:9) I will regard the prayer of the destitute and will not despise their prayer. (Psalm 102:17) Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you know not. (Jeremiah 33:3)

When the heavens are shut up and there is no rain because you have sinned against Me, when you pray to Me and confess My name, and turn back from your sin because I afflict you, then I will hear in heaven and forgive your sin, that I may teach you the good way in which you should walk; and send rain on your land. (1 Kings 8:34-36) Acknowledge your sin to Me and do not hide your iniquity. Say, "I will confess my transgressions to the LORD", and I will forgive your sin. For this cause everyone who is godly will pray to Me in a time when I may be found; surely in a flood of great waters they will not come near you. I am your hiding place. I will preserve you from trouble; I will surround you with songs of deliverance. (Psalm 32:5-7) I will fulfill the desires of them that fear Me; i will also hear their cry and I will save them. (Psalm 145:19)

If you abide in Christ, and My words abide in you, ask what you will and it will be done for you. (John 15:7) And whatsoever you ask in Jesus name, that I will do, that I will be glorified in the Son; if you ask anything in His name, I will do it. (John 14:13-14) But if you hope for what you do not see, eagerly wait for it with perseverance. Likewise the Spirit also helps in your weaknesses. For you do not know what you should pray as you ought. I search the heart and know what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to My will. (Romans 8:25-27) Have faith in Me. Therefore, I say to you, whatever you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that I may also forgive your trespasses. (Mark 11:22, 24-25)

Then will you call, and I will answer you; you will cry and I will say, "Here I Am." (Isaiah 58:9) I know the things you have need of before you ask Me. In this manner, therefore pray:

Our Father in heaven - Acknowledge Me
Hallowed be Your name - Reverence Me
Your kingdom come - Seek earnestly for Me
Your will be done - Realize I Am sovereign
On earth as it is in heaven - Know that I am in control
Give us this day our daily bread - Pray daily for needs, be content and rely on Me
And forgive our debts - Ask for forgiveness for your sins
As we forgive our debtors - Forgive as you have been forgiven
And do not lead us into temptation - Pray for guidance
But deliver us from the evil one - Pray for spiritual protection
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen - Acknowledge Me as God!

Whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive. (Matthew 21:22) Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be opened to you; for everyone that ask, receives; and he that seeks, finds; and to him that knocks, it will be opened ....I will give good things to those who ask Me. (Matthew 7:7-8, 11) And whatsoever you ask, you receive of Me because you keep My commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in My sight. (1 John 3:22) If you ask anything according to MY WILL, I hear you. (1 John 5:14) I will give you whatever you ask in Jesus name. Ask and you will receive and your joy will be complete. (John 16:23-24)

Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you and you shall glorify Me. (Psalm 50:15) When you pray, do not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in houses of worship and on street corners, so that everyone will see them. I assure you, they have already been paid in full. But when you pray, go to your room, close the door, and pray to Me, who is unseen. And I, who see you in private, will reward you. (Matthew 6:5-7) This is the confidence you have in Me, that if you ask anything according to My will, I hear you. (1 John 5:16)

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Say to Me, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." If you say, "The LORD is my refuge", and you make Me, the Most High, your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. (Psalm 91:1-2, 9,10) Because you love Me, I will rescue you; I will protect you, for you acknowledge My name. You will call on Me and I will answer you; I will be with you in trouble, I will deliver you and honor you. With long life I will satisfy you and show you My salvation. (Psalm 91:14-16) Before you call, I will answer; and while you are yet speaking, I will hear. (Isaiah 65:24)

I Only Desire The Poor


Dear Child:

Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5:3)

Learn from the poor of the world to become poor in spirit. I love the poor and I want you also to show them love. If there is among you a poor man of your brethren, within any of the gates in your land which I am giving you, you shall not harden your heart nor shut your hand from your poor brother, but you shall open your hand wide to him and willingly lend him sufficient for his need, whatever he needs. (Deuteronomy 15:7-8) If you lend money to any of My people who are poor among you, you shall not be like a money lender to him; you shall not charge him interest. (Exodus 22:25) When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not wholly reap the corners of your field, nor shall you gather the gleanings of your vineyard, nor shall you gather every grape of your vineyard; you shall leave them for the poor and the stranger. (Leviticus 19:9-11) Let the land be renewed and lie uncultivated during the seventh year. Then let the poor among you harvest whatever grows on its own. (Exodus 23:11)

If one of your brethren becomes poor, and falls into poverty among you, then you shall help him, like a stranger or a sojourner, that he may live with you. (Leviticus 25:35) Each day you shall give him his wages, and not let the sun go down on it, for he is poor and has set his heart on it, (Deuteronomy 24:15) Learn the principle if daily bread. If one of your brethren becomes poor, and has sold some of his possessions, and if his redeeming relative comes to redeem it, then he may redeem what his brother has sold. (Leviticus 25:25) For you also sold yourself to sin and Christ was sent to redeem you.

For you know the grace of your Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich. (2 Corinthians 8:9) The Spirit of the LORD God was upon Him, because I have anointed Him to preach good tidings to the poor. I sent Him to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and open the prison to those who are bound. For all those things My hand has made, and all those things exist. But on this one I will look; On him who is poor and of contrite spirit. And who trembles at My word. (Isaiah 61:1-3) The poor and needy seek water, but there is none, their tongues fail for thirst. I, the LORD, will hear them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them. (Isaiah 41:17) Whoever believes in Jesus, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them. (John 7:38)

I scorn the scornful, but give grace to the humble. (Proverbs 3:34) I will save the humble people, but My eyes are on the haughty, that I may bring them down. (2 Samuel 22:28) Humble yourself in My sight, and I will lift you up. (James 4:10) Humble yourself under My mighty hand, that I may exalt you in due time. (1 Peter 5:6) By humility and fear of the LORD are riches and honor and life. (Proverbs 22:4) The humble will see their God at work and be glad. Let all who seek My help be encouraged. For I hear the cries of the needy; I do not despise My imprisoned people. (Psalm 69:32-33) The humble also will increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. (Isaiah 29:19) Seek Me, uphold My justice. Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden in the day of My anger. (Zephaniah 2:3)

A little that a righteous man has, is better than the wealth of many wicked. (Psalm 37:16) I lift up the humble; I cast down the wicked to the ground. (Psalm 147:6) The wicked in his pride persecutes the poor; they will be caught in the plots they have devised. (Psalm 10:2) He lies in wait secretly, as a lion in his den. He lies in wait to catch the helpless; he catches the helpless and drags them off in his net. (Psalm 10:9) I will bring justice to the poor of the people; i will save the children of the needy, and I will break in pieces the oppressor. (Psalm 72:4) I will maintain the cause of the afflicted, and justice for the poor. (Psalm 140:12) For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, Now I will arise. I will set him in the safety for which he yearns. (Psalm 12:5)

Be come like the poor and needy who have little or nothing. Come to Me with your needs with nothing in your hands. For it is I who give to you.  I am God, your God. If I were hungry I would not tell you, for the world is mine, and all that is in it. (Psalm 50: 7,12) I have chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs to the kingdom which I promised to those who love Me. (James 2:5) I delivered the poor who cried out, the fatherless and the one who had no helper. (Job 29:11) So say in confidence, 'The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?' (Hebrews 13:6) I set the poor on high, far from affliction, and make their families like a flock. (Psalm 107:41) I make the poor and make rich; I bring low and lift up. I raise the poor from the dust and lift the beggar from the ash heap, to set them among princes and make them inherit the throne of glory. (1 Samuel 2:7-8)

Those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lust which drown men in destruction and perdition. ( 1 Tim 6:9) There is one who makes himself rich, yet has nothing; and one who makes himself poor, yet has great riches. (Proverbs 13:7) The rich man is wise in his own eyes, but the poor who have understanding search Me out. (Proverbs 28:11) The poor plead for mercy; the rich answers with insults. (Proverbs 18:22-24) Assuredly, I say to you that it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for as rich man to enter the kingdom of God. (Matthew 19:23-24) They hear the word, and the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things enter in and choke the word and it becomes unfruitful. (Mark 4:18) I have filled the hungry with good things, and the rich I have sent away empty. (Luke 1:53)

Why should you fear when troubles come, when enemies surround you? They thirst in their wealth and boast of great riches. Yet they cannot redeem themselves from death by paying a ransom to God. Redemption does not come so easily, for no one can ever pay enough to live forever and never see the grave. Those who are wise must finally die, just like the foolish and senseless, leaving all their wealth behind. (Psalm 49:5-10) Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death. (Proverbs 11:4) Surely every man walks about like a shadow; surely they busy themselves in vain; he heaps up riches, and does not know whose it will finally be. (Psalm 39:6) Here is the man who did not make God his strength, but trusted in the abundance of his riches and strengthened himself to wickedness. (Psalm 52:7) But I said to him, 'Fool! This night your soul will be required of you; then whose will those things be which you have provided?' So is he who lays up treasure for himself and is not rich towards God. (Luke 12:20-22)

The needy will not be forgotten; the expectation of the poor will not perish forever. (Psalm 9:8) I save the needy from the sword, from the mouth of the mighty and from their hand. So the poor have hope and injustice shuts her mouth. (Job 5:15-16) The poor shall eat and be satisfied; those who seek Me will praise the LORD. Let your heart live forever! (Psalm 22:26) I will abundantly bless her provision; I will satisfy the poor with bread. (Psalm 132:15) The poor man cried out, and I heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. (Psalm 34:6) For I will deliver the needy when he cries. The poor also; and him who has no helper. I will spare the poor and needy. I will save the soul of the needy. (Psalm 72:12-13)

Beloved, become like the poor in spirit. Be humble and needy and approach Me for salvation and help. You have heard it said, 'God help those who help themselves'. But as for you, say 'I am poor and needy; may the Lord think of me. You are my help and my deliverer; you are my God, do not delay.' (Psalm 40:7)

Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, long suffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another. If anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you, so you must do. (Colossians 3:11-13) And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if I perhaps grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth, and that they come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will. (2 Timothy 2:24-26) But even if you should suffer for righteouness' sake, you are blessed. 'And do not be afraid of their threats, not be troubled.' But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who ask you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear; having a good conscience, that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Christ may be ashamed. (1 Peter 3:14-16)

Have Faith In Me, Not In Faith


Dear Child:

You have faith, but do you truly understand what it is? Faith is confidence in what you hope for and assurance about what you do not see. (Hebrews 11:1) It is important that you understand because without faith it is impossible to please Me, because anyone who comes to Me must believe that I exist and I reward those who earnestly seek Me. (Hebrews 11:6) Faith is believing, but not believing in belief, but in Me. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17) Read My word and hear My words; learn and come to Me.

When the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth? (Luke 18:18) I desire that He will, but many trust in their own imagination rather than Me. You have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there', and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you. (Matthew 17:20) Why? Because It's is not your faith that accomplishes this, but your faith in Me moves Me to it for you. Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith? (Mark 4:40) You are afraid because you are not God even though you try to act like Me. When the disciples feared because of the storm, Jesus replied, 'You of little faith, Why are you so afraid?' Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves and it was completely calm. (Matthew 8:26) Have faith and leave the hard stuff to Me!

Do not be like daughter Israel whom I often disciplined. For they did not believe in Me or trust in My deliverance. (Psalm 78:22) Today, many act as they did. The people come near to Me with their mouths and honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me. Their worship of Me is based merely on human rules they have been taught. (Isaiah 29:13) In vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrine the commandments of men. (Matthew 15:9) They search the Scriptures, for in them they think they have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Christ. Yet they refuse to come to Him to receive eternal life. (John 5:39) People always look to something to lean on other than God. Look to Me, not in yourself; in your faith, for it is I who am at work.

It is written: "I believed; therefore I have spoken", Since you have the same spirit of faith, you also believe and therefore speak. (2 Corinthians 4:13) The centurion spoke faith when he replied to Jesus; 'Just say the word, and my servant will be healed". Truly I tell you, I had not found anyone in Israel at that time with such great faith. (Matthew 8:7-10) If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to the mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea', and it will obey you. (Luke 17:6) See? Even a little faith in Me is greater than all the faith you place in your own faith. Establish your faith firmly in Me. If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all. (Isaiah 7:9)

Trust in Me with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. (Proverbs 3:5) To the one who does not work but trust God who justifies the ungodly, their faith is credited as righteousness. (Romans 4:5) A person is justified by faith apart from works. (Romans 3:28) In the same way, stop doing mental mind tricks to get results and but trust Me. Ones faith and his actions work together, and faith is made complete by what you do. A person is considered righteous by what you do and not faith alone. What you are to do is trust in Me and then act on it.

Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness. (Romans 4:3) It was not through the law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by faith. (Romans 4:13) Therefore, the promise comes by faith. He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not. (Roman 4:16,17)

By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God. And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise. And so from this one man, and he as good as dead, came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand on the seashore. (Hebrews 11:8-12)

Abel, Enoch, Noah, Issac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Rahab, Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, the prophets and many more exercised great faith in Me. (Hebrews 11)  All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth. (Hebrews 11:13) These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised, since God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect. (Hebrews 11:39,40) My child, faith is NOT the ability to call into existence things that are not. That is My work! Faith is BELIEVING in Him who is able to do the impossible. I AM WHO I AM.

My message and My preaching is a demonstration of the Spirit's power, so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but My power. (1 Corinthians 2:4) Through Christ you believe in Me who raised Him from the dead and glorified Him, and so your faith and hope are in Me. (1 Peter 1:21) Offer the sacrifices of the righteous and trust in Me. (Psalm 4:5) I will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in Me. (Isaiah 26:3) Have faith in Me! (Mark 11:22)

I, the LORD do whatever pleases Me, in the heavens and on the earth, in the seas and all their depths. (Psalm 135:6) To whom will you compare Me? Or who is My equal?” says the Holy One. Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these? I bring out the starry host one by one and calls forth each of them by name. Because of My great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing. (Isaiah 40:25-26) Do not fear, for I am with you: do not be afraid, for I am your God. i will strengthen you; I will help you. (Isaiah 41:10) I AM Yahweh, that is My Name; I will not give My glory to another. (Isaiah 42:8)

I Am from everlasting to everlasting. Mine is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is Mine. Mine is the kingdom;  I Am exalted as head over all. Wealth and honor come from Me; I AM the ruler of all things. In My hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all. (1 Chronicles 29:10-12) You are My witness and My Servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe Me and understand that I am He. Before Me no god was formed, nor will there be one after Me. I, even I, am the LORD, and apart from Me there is no savior. I have revealed and saved and proclaimed— I, and not some foreign god among you. You are My witness,” that I Am God. (Isaiah 43:10-12) I Am the LORD, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King. (Isaiah 43: 15)

Discover Your Blueprint


Dear Child:

I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11) Commit to Me whatever you do and I will establish your plans. (Proverbs 16:3) This is My blueprint for your life. In it, you will find all you hunger and thirst for in life. This is the path that will bring you the great joy. For all your ways are in fully in My view and I examine all your paths. (Proverbs 5:21) Run in the path of My commands and I will broaden your understanding. (Psalm 119:32) I have raised you up for this very purpose, that I might show you My power and that My name might be proclaimed in all the earth. (Exodus 9:16) In Christ you were chosen, having been predestined according to My plan; for I am working out everything in conformity with the purpose of My will. (Ephesians 1:11)

Whoever does not pick up their cross and follow Him cannot be His disciple. Suppose you want to build a tower. Won't you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it? For if you lay the foundation and you are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you, saying, "This person began to build and wasn't able to finish it". (Luke 27:30) Likewise, you must find My blueprint for your life, count the cost and execute the plan. For it is I who works in you to will and act in order to fulfill My good purpose. (Philippians 2:13) I wish to give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed. (Psalm 20:4) But it is I who will give you that desire; I will create it in you. My word that goes out from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. (Isaiah 55:11)

Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is My purpose that prevails. (Proverbs 19:21) In their hearts humans plan their course, but I establish their steps. (Proverbs 16:9) Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisors they succeed. (Proverbs 15:22) Come to Me and let Me guide you. The purposes of a person's heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out. (Proverbs 20:5) So obtain your blueprint and pursue it! It is fine to be zealous, provided the purpose is good, and to be so always. (Galatians 4:18)

The plans of the righteous are just, but the advice of the wicked is deceitful. (Proverbs 12:5) There are those who rebel against the light, who do not know its way or stay in its paths. (Job 24:13) Some may seem to succeed, but inside they are dying. Do not those who plot evil go astray? But those who plan what is good find love and faithfulness. (Proverbs 14:22) I had a beautiful plan for their lives also, but the will reply, "It's no use. We will continue with our own plans; we will follow the stubbornness of our evil hearts. (Jeremiah 18:12) Woe to those who go to great depths to hide their plans from the LORD, who do their work in darkness and think, "Who sees us? Who will know?" Their lives are empty and uncertain! The wicked flee though no one pursues them, but the righteous are as bold as a lion. (Proverbs 28:1)

Desire without knowledge is not good--how much more will hasty feet miss the way! (Proverbs 19:2) Pay attention to My wisdom, turn your ear to My words of insight. (Proverbs 5:1) For plans are established by seeking advice. (Proverbs 20:18) Counsel and judgment are Mine; I have insight, I have power! (Proverbs 8:14) I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them. I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. Theses are the things I will do; I will not forsake them. (Isaiah 42:16)

If the ax is dull and its edge unsharpened, more strength is needed, but skill will bring success. (Ecclesiastes 10:10) I gave ability to all the skilled workers to make everything I commanded concerning the tabernacle in the desert. (Exodus 31:6) I filled them with skill to do all kinds of work as engravers, designers, embroiderers in blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen, and weavers--all of them skilled workers and designers. (Exodus 33:35) I have also placed within you skills and talents and abilities. Discover your strengths and weaknesses and use these in conjunction with gifts from My Holy Spirit.



Be willing to try things that interest you. Take inventory of your interest, skills, talents and passions. Write out a list; no matter how big or mall, or whether or not it seems significant at the time. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts higher than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:9) Pray about what you discover and dig into My word. Set aside a daily time to discern your thoughts, what you hear and read. Pay attention to where the Holy Spirit leads you in My word, by circumstances and good advice from others. Be patient. Don't waste time on things that you know are not from Me. Don't let people talk you into things, but wait on Me. Keep a journal and record your findings and reflect on these. Lastly, don't give up! Be persistent and work hard at it.

One who is slack is his work is brother to one who destroys. (Proverbs 18:9) Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap. (Ecclesiastes 11:4) Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies have no sense. (Proverbs 12:11) Be wise and diligent about My plans. The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty. (Proverbs 21:5) All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty. (Proverbs 14:23) Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for Me, not for human masters. (Colossians 3:23)

The appetite of laborers work for them; their hunger drives them on. (Proverbs 16:26) Be hungry! In all things, I work for good of those who love Me, who have been called according to My purpose. (Romans 8:28) I, even I, have spoken; yes I have called you. I will bring you and you will succeed in your mission. (Isaiah 48:15) I provide a broad path for your feet, so that your ankles do not give way. (Psalm 18:36) So give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways. (Proverbs 4:26) Then you will understand what is right and just and fair--every good path. (Proverbs 2:9)

So make it your goal to please Me, whether you are at home in the body or away from it. (2 Corinthians 5:9) Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might! (Ecclesiastes 9:10) Do you not know that in a race all runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. (1 Corinthians 9:24) Press on toward the goal to win the prize for which I have called you heavenward in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3:14)

I Love The Prostitute



Dear Child:

Will you love the prostitute? She walks the street and waits for many lovers. She does detestable things to earn her wages. Some dress up in business suits and dine in fancy hotels, but elegant jewelry and sophisticated speech cannot wash away her sinful stain. She reasons within herself; "It is harmless; consensual." It is a means to obtain drugs or feed her children; for others it is the lust for worldly wealth. Still others prostitute themselves for no payment at all; trying to feel needed and wanted. She doesn't know what drives her or how to quit. For it is within, out of a persons heart that evil thoughts come - sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, arrogance and folly. (Mark 7:27)

They do not know that the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexual immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake of fire which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. (Revelation 21:18) Although they practice detestable things, love them. For all have sinned and fall short of My glory. (Romans 3:23) He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first. (John 8:7) It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. Jesus did not come to call the righteous to repentance, but sinners, (Mark 2:17) These women have lost their way, and I come to seek and save that which was lost. (Luke 19:10)

Jephthah the Gileadite was a mighty warrior. His father was Gilead; his mother was a prostitute. (Judges 11:1) When I destroyed Jerhico, only Rahab the prostitute and all who were with her in her house was spared. (Joshua 6:17) Rahab the prostitute was considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction. (James 2:25) Rahab became the great, great grandmother of My servant David; whom My Son Jesus descended from. (Matthew 1:5) Look at Mary the adulterer. I tell you, her sins - though they were many - was forgiven, so she showed Me much love. But a person who is forgiven little shows only a little love. (Luke 7:47) I tell you also, the tax collectors and prostitutes and entering the kingdom of God ahead on many. (Matthew 21:31) For they are willing to repent of their ways and come to Me.

I am gracious and righteous and full of compassion. (Psalm 116:5) I give strength to the weary and increase the power of the weak. (Isaiah 40:29) Should I have not had concern for the great city of Nineveh, in which there were more than a hundred and twenty thousand people who could not tell their right hand from their left? (Jonah 4:11)  Neither will I withhold concern for these women. I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. (Exodus 33:19)

To these women I say:

Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you. (Isaiah 49:15)

When you carried on your prostitution and exposed your naked body, I turned away from you in disgust. (Ezekiel 23:18) Forsaking Me, you uncovered your bed, you climbed into it and opened wide; you made a pact with those whose bed you love, and you looked with lust on their naked bodies. (Isaiah 57:8) You will suffer the penalty for your lewdness and bear the consequences of your sins. (Ezekiel 23:49) Now your impurity is lewdness. Because I tried to cleanse you but you would not be cleansed from your impurity, you will not be clean again until My wrath against you has subsided. (Ezekiel 24:13) I have given you time to repent of your sexual immorality, but you are unwilling. So I will cast you on a bed of suffering, and I will make those who commit adultery with you suffer intensely, unless they repent of your ways. (Revelation 2:21-22) Since you have forgotten Me and turned your back on Me, you must bear the consequences of your lewdness and prostitution. (Ezekiel 23:35)

The body is not meant for sexual immorality but for Lord, and the Lord for the body. (1 Corinthians 6:13) Do you not know that you are (made to be) the temple God and that My Spirit (desires to) dwells in you? If you defile My temple, I will destroy you, for My temple is holy, which temple you are. (1 Corinthians 3:16) Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against her own body. (1 Corinthians 6:18) Or do you not know that your body is (can be) the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from Me, and you are not your own? For you were bought with a price; therefore glorify Me in your body and in your Spirit, which are Mine. (1 Corinthians 6:19) It is My will that you should be sanctified; that you should avoid sexual immorality, that you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the unbelievers, who do not know Me; and that in this matter no one should wrong and take advantage of a brother or sister. I will punish all those who commit such sins. (1 Thessalonians 4:3-4)

You have lived as a prostitute with many lovers—would you now return to Me? Look up to the barren heights and see. Is there any place where you have not been ravished? By the roadside you sat waiting for lovers, sat like a nomad in the desert. You have defiled the land with your prostitution and wickedness. Therefore the showers have been withheld, and no spring rains have fallen. Yet you have the brazen look of a prostitute; you refuse to blush with shame. Have you not just called to Me: ‘My Father, my friend from my youth, will you always be angry? Will your wrath continue forever?’ This is how you talk, but you do all the evil you can.” (Jeremiah 3:1-5)

Return, declares the LORD, I will frown on you no longer, for I am faithful. I will not be angry forever. Only acknowledge your guilt—you have rebelled against the LORD your God,  you have scattered your favors to foreign gods (and men) under every spreading tree, and have not obeyed me. Return, faithless child, for I am your husband. I myself said, How gladly would I treat you like my children and give you a pleasant land. I thought you would call Me ‘Father’ and not turn away from following Me. But like a woman unfaithful to her husband,
so you have been unfaithful to Me. (Jeremiah 3: 11-14, 19-22)

Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28) Christ covenant was made with His blood, which was poured out for you, for the forgiveness of sins. (Matthew 26:28) In fact, My law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. (Hebrews 9:22) With His blood, He purchased for Me persons from every tribe and language and people and nation. (Revelation 5:9) In Him you can have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of My grace. (Ephesians 1:7)

For You, My child:

Do not prostitute yourself by chasing after the lust of your own heart and eyes. (Numbers 15:39)  My Spirit sent Philip to the Ethiopian official and he heard him reading Isaiah the prophet and asked, "Do you understand what you are reading?" And he said, "How can I, unless someone guides Me?" And he asked Philip to come up and sit with him. (Acts 8:29-31) Likewise, have compassion and love those women who have lost their way; whether they be prostitute or promiscuous. Help them understand My Word and My ways. He who turns a sinner from the error her way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins. (James 5:20) Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things I have commanded you. (Matthew 28:19-10)

Handle Wealth Righteously


Dear Child:

You have many concerns about money, especially in these uncertain times. Listen to My guidance and let Me help you gain wisdom and a solid understanding money and wealth. First and foremost, understand that the earth and everything in it belongs to Me. The world and it's people belong to Me. (Psalm 24:1) I own the silver, I own the gold. (Haggai 2:8) Everything comes from Me. All things were made because of Me and will return to Me. Give Me praise forever! (Romans 11:36)

My blessing makes life rich; nothing you do can improve on Me. (Proverbs 10:22) Submit to Me and be at peace with Me; in this way prosperity will come to you. (Job 22:21) I will send you rain in its season, and the ground will yield its crops and the trees of the field their fruit. Your threshing will continue until grape harvest and the grape harvest will continue until planting, and you will eat all the food you want and live in safety in your land. (Leviticus 26:4-5) In short, I will provide, increase and protect you. Just as the farmer needs help as he labors for good crops; I will help you in your labor and bless the work of your hands. If you carefully obey all the commands I am giving you today, and if you love Me and serve Me with all your heart and soul, then I will send the rains in their proper seasons - the earl and late rains - so you can bring in your harvest of grain, new wine, and olive oil. I will give you lush pastureland for your livestock, and you yourself will have you want to eat. (Deuteronomy 11:13-15)

But remember the LORD your God, for it is I who gives you the ability to produce wealth. (Deuteronomy 8:18) It is required of stewards that they be found trustworthy. (1 Corinthians 4:2) Who then is the faithful and wise manager; whom his master will set over the household, to give them their portion of food at the proper time? Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when He comes. (Luke 12:42-43) Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering My grace in its various forms. (1 Peter 4:10) When you have been given much, much will be demanded; as you will be entrusted with much, much more will be asked. (Luke 12:48) For you will give a personal account to Me. (Romans 14:12)

Loosen your grip on money. If there is a poor man among your brothers in any of the towns of the land that I have sent you, do not be hardhearted or tightfisted toward your poor brother. Rather be openhanded and freely lend him whatever he needs. (Deuteronomy 15:7-8) If you have two shirts, give one to the poor. If you have food, share it with those who are hungry. (Luke 5:11) Give to anyone who ask; and when things are taken away from you, don't try to get them back. (Luke 6:30) If you cannot renounce all that you have, you cannot be My disciple. (Luke 14:55) Money itself is not evil, yet true godliness with contentment is itself great wealth. After all, you brought nothing with you when you came into the world, and you cannot take anything with you when you leave it. (1 Timothy 6:6-7) Do not be overawed when a man grows rich, when the splendor of his house increases; for he will take nothing with him when he dies, his splendor will not descend with him. Though while he lived he counted himself blessed - he will join the generation of his fathers, who will never see the light of this life. (Psalm 49:16-19) Do not wear yourself out to get rich; have wisdom and show restraint. (Proverbs 25:4)

Make it your ambition to lead a quite life, to mind your own business and to work with your hands, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody. (1 Thessalonians 4:11-12) Work hard, and you will have a lot of food; waste time, and you will have a lot of trouble. (Proverbs 28:19) He who works his hand will have abundant food, but he who chases fantasies lacks judgment. (Proverbs 12:11) Work brings profit, but mere talk leads to poverty! (Proverbs 14:25), so whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for Me, not for men. (Colossians 3:25)

Be still in My presence and wait patiently for Me to act. Don't worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes. It is better to be godly and have little than to be evil and rich. (Psalm 37:7, 16) A stingy man is eager to get rich and is unaware that poverty awaits him. (Proverbs 28:22) Make the most of what I give, both bounty and the capacity to enjoy it, accept what is given and delight in the work, it is My gift! (Ecclesiastes 5:19) Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is My will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)

Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions. (Luke 12:15) Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because i have said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." (Hebrews 13:5) Teach those who are rich in this world not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which is so unreliable. Their trust should be in Me, who richly gives you all you need for your enjoyment. (1 Timothy 6:17) And if your wealth increases, don't make it the center of your life. (Psalm 6:10)

It's obvious, isn't it? The place where your treasure is, is the place you will most want to be, and end up being. (Luke 12:34) No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money. (Matthew 6:24) Serve Me! Whoever trust in his riches will fall, but the righteous will flourish like a green leaf. (Proverbs 11:28) People who long to get rich fall into temptation and are trapped by many foolish and harmful desires that plunge them into ruin and destruction. (1 Timothy 6:9) Whoever loves money never has money enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income. This too is meaningless. (Ecclesiastes 5:10)

Most people are motivated to success because they envy their neighbors. But this, too, is meaningless - like chasing the wind. (Ecclesiastes 4:4) For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything you see, and pride in your achievements and possessions. These are not from Me, but are from this world. (1 John 2:16) I know exactly what you need even before you ask Me! (Matthew 6:8) What sorrow for you who buy up house after house and field after field, until everyone is evicted and you live alone in the land. (Isaiah 5:8) When you have a feast, invite the poor; the crippled, the lame, and the blind. They cannot pay you back, but I will bless you and reward you when you rise. (Luke 14:13-14) He who has pity on the poor lends to Me, and I will pay back what you have given. (Proverbs 19:17)

Give as freely as you have received! (Matthew 10:8) On the first day of every week, set aside a sum of money in keeping with your income. (1 Corinthians 16:2) You must present as the LORD's portion the best and the holiest part of everything given to you. (Numbers 18:29) Then, as you have opportunity, do good to everyone, and especially those of the household of faith. (Galatians 6:10) This is how you know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down His life for you. And you ought to lay down your life for your bothers. If you have material possessions and see your brother in need but have no pity on him, how can the love of God be in you? Dear child, do not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth. (1 John 3:16-18)

Give and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full - pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back. (Luke 6:38) A generous man will himself be blessed, for he shares his food with the poor. (Proverbs 22:9) I can bless you with everything you need, and you will always have more than enough to do all kinds of good things for others. You will be blessed in every way, and you will be able to keep on being generous. Then many people will thank Me when your gifts are delivered. (2 Corinthians 9:8,11)

Bring all the tithe into the storehouse so there will be enough food in My Temple. If you do, I will open the windows of heaven for you. i will pour out a blessing so great you won't have enough room to take it in! Try it! Put Me to the test! Good will come to him who is generous and lends freely, who conducts his affairs with justice. (Psalm 112:5) Remember this saying; "A few seeds make a small harvest, but a lot of seeds make a big harvest." You must make up your own mind about how much to give. But don't feel sorry that you must give and don't feel that you are forced to give. I love people who love to give! (2 Corinthians (9:6-7)

Repay your debts and avoid it. Pay all that you owe, whether it is taxes and fees or respect and honor. (Romans 13:7) The rich rule over the poor; and the borrower is servant to the lender. (Proverbs 22:7) Don't exploit your friend or rob him. Don't hold back wages of a hired hand overnight. (Leviticus 19:13) Don't steal. Don't lie. Don't deceive anyone. (Leviticus 19:11) It is stupid to try to get something for nothing, or run up huge bills you can never repay. (Proverbs 17:18) Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty. (Proverbs 21:5) Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it. (Proverbs 13:11)

Choose my instruction rather than silver; and knowledge rather than pure gold. For wisdom is far more valuable than rubies. Nothing you desire can compare with it. (Proverbs 8:10-11) Dear child; My desire is to see you blessed, but love Me and others rather than blessings and riches. Follow My instruction and drink in My wisdom. Be patient and diligent, plan and save, honor Me and be generous.

Is Your Faith Worthless?


Dear Child:

I love you with all My heart, but do you love Me. You profess the Name of Jesus and praise My Name, but is it empty? Is it hollow? Is your faith genuine? Are you truly My child?

I, the LORD, I search minds and test hearts. I will reward each person for what he has done. I will reward him for the results of his actions. (Jeremiah 17:10) Do not be deceived, I will not be mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. (Galatians 6:7) The greatest commands are these: Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and 'Love your neighbor as yourself'. (Luke 10:27) Many just profess with their mouths, but their actions make them hypocrites! Examine yourself as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourself! Do you not know yourself, that Jesus Christ is in you? -unless indeed you are disqualified. (2 Corinthians 13:5) Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. (1 Corinthians 6:9) If anyone thinks they are something when they are not, they deceive themselves. (Galatians 6:3)

I speak of testing the "sincerity" of your faith; to see if it is genuine; not saying that salvation is earned by good works. No one will be declared righteous in My sight by works of the law. (Romans 3:20) A person is justified by faith apart by works. (Romans 3:28) The people of Israel pursued the law as the way of righteousness, but did not attain their goal. Why not? Because the pursued it not by faith, but by works. (Romans 9:31-32) Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law or by believing what you heard? (Galatians 3:2) For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourself, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast. For you are My handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which I prepared in advance for you to do. (Ephesians 2:8-10)

Don't fool yourself into thinking that you are a listener when you are anything "but" one, letting the Word go in one ear and out the other. Act on what you hear! Those who hear and don't act are like those who glance in the mirror, walk away, and two minutes later have no idea who they are and what they look like. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. (James 1:22-25)

What good does it do if someone claims to have faith but doesn’t do any good things? Can this kind of faith save him? Suppose a believer, whether a man or a woman, needs clothes or food and one of you tells that person, “God be with you! Stay warm, and make sure you eat enough.” If you don’t provide for that person’s physical needs, what good does it do? In the same way, faith by itself is dead if it doesn’t cause you to do any good things.

Another person might say, “You have faith, but I do good things.” Show me your faith apart from the good things you do. I will show you my faith by the good things I do. You believe that there is one God. That’s fine! The demons also believe that, and they tremble with fear.
 
Do you have to be shown that faith which does nothing is useless? Didn’t your ancestor Abraham receive My approval as a result of what he did when he offered his son Isaac as a sacrifice on the altar? You see that Abraham’s faith and what he "did" worked together. His faith was "shown" to be genuine by what he did. Abraham believed God, and that faith was regarded by Me to be his approval of Abraham. So Abraham was called My friend. You see that a person receives My approval because of what he does, not only because of what he believes. The same is true of the prostitute Rahab who welcomed the spies and sent them away on another road. She received My approval because of what she did. A body that doesn’t breathe is dead. In the same way faith that does nothing is dead. (James 2:14-26)

I am testing you to find out if you really love Me with all your heart and soul. (Deuteronomy 13:3) For 40yrs I led the people on a journey in the desert. I did this in order to humble them and test them. To see whether or not they would wholeheartedly obey My commands. (Deuteronomy 8:2) I tested Hezekiah to find out everything that was in his heart. (2 Chronicles 32:31) I tested Job to see if he would pass purse as gold. (Job 23:10) I am testing how genuine your love is by pointing out the dedication of others. (2 Corinthians 8:8) Not everyone who says to Jesus, 'Lord, Lord', will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does My will. Many will say Jesus on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your Name and in Your Name drive out demons and in Your Name perform many miracles?' Then they will be told plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from Me, you evildoers!' Examine yourself!

“Listen, My child, and I will speak. Listen, to what I spoke to Israel, and I will testify against you: I am God, your God! I am not criticizing you for your sacrifices or burnt offerings, which are always in front of Me.
But I will not accept another young bull from your household or a single male goat from your pens.
Every creature in the forest, even the cattle on a thousand hills, is Mine. I know every bird in the mountains.
Everything that moves in the fields is Mine. If I were hungry, I would not tell you, because the world and all that it contains are Mine. Do I eat the meat of bulls or drink the blood of goats? Bring your thanks to God as a sacrifice, and keep your vows to the Most High. Call on me in times of trouble. I will rescue you, and you will honor Me.” (Psalm 50:7-15)
Do I delight in burnt offering and sacrifices as much in obeying Me? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams. (1 Samuel 15:22)

But I say to you when you act wickedly, “How dare you quote my decrees and mouth my promises! You hate discipline. You toss my words behind you. When you see a thief, you want to make friends with him. You keep company with people who commit adultery. You let your mouth say anything evil. Your tongue plans deceit. You sit and talk against your own brother. You slander your own mother’s son. When you did these things, I remained silent. That made you think I was like you. I will argue my point with you and lay it all out for you to see. Consider this, you people who forget God. Otherwise, I will tear you to pieces, and there will be no one left to rescue you. Whoever offers thanks as a sacrifice honors me. I will let everyone who continues in my way see the salvation that comes from God.” (Psalm 50:16-23)

I promise that I will honor those who honor me, and those who despise me will be considered insignificant. (1Samuel 2:30)

Be Honest With Me


Dear Child:

Kings take pleasure in honest lips; they value the one who speaks what is right. (Proverbs 16:13) How much more do I value honesty and integrity? If I am for you, who can be against you? (Romans 8:31) The answer is no one; no one but you! How can I reach the innermost parts of you and build a thriving relationship between you and I, if you refuse to be honest? How painful are honest words! But what do your arguments prove? (Job 6:25) Have I not written sayings of counsel and knowledge teaching you to honest and speak the truth, so that you bring back truthful reports to those you serve? (Proverbs 22:20-22) Serve Me with honesty! An honest answer is like a kiss on the lips. (Proverbs 24:26) I am not angry with you, nor will I reject you, so come open and honest before Me. I will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. (1 Corinthians 4:5)

When I came down to judge Sodom and Gomorrah, I said "Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do?" My relationship with him required honesty. I do not hide My intentions, please don't try to hide from me what is in your heart and on your mind. Adam and Eve hid from Me among the trees of the garden. He was afraid because he was naked, so he hid. (Genesis 3:1-10) You are all naked before Me, I know every sin, every thought, every deed and motive! Nothing in all creation is hidden from My sight. Everything is uncovered and is bare before My eyes to whom you must give account. (Hebrews 4:13) I test the heart am pleased with integrity. (1 Chronicles 29:17) Honesty with Me is healing and growth for you.

Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out. (Proverbs 10:9) Because of your integrity, I uphold you and set you in My presence forever. (Psalm 41:12) May integrity and uprightness protect you because you have put your hope in Me. (Psalm 25:21) Love does not rejoice in evil but rejoices in truth. (1 Corinthians 13:6) An honest witness tells the truth, but a false witness pours out lies. (Proverbs 12:17) If you do the right thing, honesty will be your guide. But if you are crooked, you will be trapped by your own disonesty. (Proverbs 11:3)

I know your foolishness; and your sins are not hidden from Me. (Psalm 69:5) Concerning the sinfulness of the wicked: There is no fear of Me before their eyes. In their own eyes they flatter themselves too much to detect or hate their sin. The words of their mouths are wicked and deceitful; they fail to act wisely or do good. Even on their beds they plot evil; they commit themselves to a sinful course and do not reject what is wrong. (Psalm 36:1-4) Do not be like them, be honest with Me. For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or bought into the open. (Luke 8:17) No one who practices will dwell in My house, no one who speaks falsely will stand in My presence. (Psalm 101:7)

Whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in My sight. (John 3:21) The time has come when the true worshipers worship Me in Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers I seek. (John 4:23) Dwell in My sacred tent; walk blameless, do what is righteous and speak the truth from your heart. (Psalm 15:1-3) I am near to all who call on Me, to all who call on Me in truth. (Psalm 145:18) I will hear you if your plea is just: I will listen to your cry and hear your prayer if it does not rise from deceitful lips. (Psalm 17:1)

For there are three that testify in heaven; Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit and we three are One. I am not a human that I should lie, not a human that I should change My mind. (Numbers 23:19) Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. (John 14:6) The world cannot accept the Spirit of truth because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you know Him, for He lives with you and in you. (John 14:17) Speak the truth in Christ - do not lie - let your conscience confirm it through the Holy Spirit. (Romans 9:1)

What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For you are the temple of the Living God. I live with you and walk with you, and I will be your God and you are My child. (2 Corinthians 6:15-17) Be in agreement and harmony with Me, My child. I love you; love Me enough to come to Me with an honest and open heart. There is nothing that you can tell Me that will cause Me to reject you. (John 6:37) So come, draw near to Me and I will draw near to you! (James 4:8)

Catch My Vision


Dear Child:

I know you have had many dreams, hopes and goals. Many of these have not come to pass. Those that have, have not always turned out how you thought they would. Where there is no vision, the people perish. (Proverbs 29:18) Dreams come from many things, but a vision from Me will come to pass and succeed in it's purpose. Joseph has a dream and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him all the more. (Genesis 37:5) The dream prevailed and all Egypt and Israel were saved. I will pour out My Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. (Joel 2:8) I invite you also to catch My vision.

A sluggard's appetite in never filled, but the desires of the diligent are fully satisfied. (Proverbs 13:4) Take delight in Me, and I will give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:4) Walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not able to whatever you want. (Galatians 5:16-17) Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since you live by the Spirit, keep in step with the Spirit. (Galatians 5:24-25)

Let Me fill you with My desires and give you My vision. Since Christ suffered in His body, arm yourself with the same attitude, because whoever suffers in the body is done with sin. As a result, they do not live the rest of their earthly lives for evil human desires, but rather for My will. For you have spent enough time in the past doing what unbelievers do - living in debauchery, lust, drunkenness, orgies, carousing and detestable idolatry. They are surprised that you do not join them in their reckless, wild living and they heap abuse on you. But they will give account to Me who is ready to judge the living and the dead. (1 Peter 4:1-5) Align your desires to My will so I may impart My vision to you.

When there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, reveal Myself to them in visions, I speak to them in dreams. (Numbers 12:6) There are many so-called prophets and teachers and those who claim to have a word from Me; be careful! If a prophet; or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a sign or wonder, and if the sign or wonder spoken takes place, and the prophet says, "Let us follow other gods" (gods you have not known - idols, money, fame, etc) "and let us worship them", you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. I, the LORD your God, am testing you to find out whether you love Me with all your heart and with all your soul. (Deuteronomy 13:1-3)

Do not let the prophets and diviners among you deceive you. Do not listen to the dreams (revelations) you encourage them to have. They are prophesying lies in My name. I have not sent them. (Jeremiah 29:8-9) I have heard what the prophets say who prophesy lies in My name. They say, "I had a dream! I had a dream!" How long will this continue in the hearts of these lying prophets who prophesy the delusions of their own minds? (Jeremiah 23:25) Indeed, I am against those who prophesy false dreams. They tell them and lead My people astray with their reckless lies, yet i did not send them or appoint them. They do not benefit the people in the least. (Jeremiah 23:32)

Their visions are false and their divinations a lie. Even though I have not sent them, they say, "The LORD declares", and expect Me to fulfill their words! (Ezekiel 13:6) Do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you; they fill you with false hopes. They speak visions from their own minds, not from My mouth. (Jeremiah 23:16) Prepare your own heart before Me, so I may impart My vison in you. Do not look to false prophets for hope and visions; come to Me and seek My plans.

Surely as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will happen. (Isaiah 14:24) My word that goes out from My mouth; it will not return to Me empty, but will accomplish what I desire. (Isaiah 55:11) Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is My purpose that prevails. (Proverbs 19:21) I know all human plans; I know that they are futile. (Psalm 94:11) But they reply, "It's no use, We will continue with "our" plans; we will follow the stubbornness of our evil hearts". (Jeremiah 18:12) In their hearts humans plan their course, but I establish their steps. (Proverbs 16:9) Seek Me diligently for My vision. The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty. (Proverbs 21:5) For it is I who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill My purpose. (Philippians 2:3)

Do your best to present yourself to Me as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word or truth. (2 Timothy 2:15) In a large house there are articles of not only gold and silver, but also of wood and clay; some are for special purposes and some are for common use. Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for special purposes, made holy, useful to Me, your Maker and prepared to do any good work. (2 Timothy 2:20-21)

In Christ you were chosen, having been predestined according to My plan which works out everything in conformity with the purpose of My will. (Ephesians 1:11) For I know the plans I have for you; plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11) But I have raised you up for this very purpose, that I might show you My power and that My name might be proclaimed in all the earth. (Exodus 9:16) My desire is to give you the desires of your heart and make all your plans succeed. (Psalm 20:4) Remember, plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisors they succeed. (Proverbs 15:22) Let I and My word guide you. Commit to Me whatever you do, and "I" will establish your plans. (Proverbs 16:3)

My child, if you are ready to begin with Me in My plans, seek a vision from Me. Do not be quick with your mouth, do not be hasty in your heart to utter anything before Me. i am in heaven and you are on earth, so let your words be few. A dream comes when there are many cares, and many words mark the speech of a fool. When you make a vow to Me, do not delay to fulfill it. I have no pleasure in fools; fulfill your vows. Do not let your mouth lead you into sin. And do not protest to the temple messenger, "My vow was a mistake". Why should I be angry at what you say and destroy the work of your hands? Much dreaming and many words are meaningless, therefore fear Me.

If you are ready for the journey and your heart is prepared; seek Me and I will be found by you. You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 12:14) Desire My desires, pray that not yours, but My will be done. (Matthew 6:10) What I have planned for the people who love Me, is more than eyes have seen or ears have heard. It has never even entered into your mind! My Spirit will show you everything. My Spirit finds out everything, even what is in the depths of My mind. (1 Corinthians 2:8-10)
